About the Role
Perform daily tasks and periodic analyzes ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the accounting information in SAP and other databases.

Key Responsibilities
-
Ensure the correct execution of month-end closing procedures and controls (covering FRC controls), ensuring the quality of the report to the headquarters.

Be responsible for monthly Account Analysis according to the predefined account mapping.
-
Be responsible for monthly Analytics preparation. Presentation of them if it corresponds (example Finance Review Meeting/Taxes review meeting)
-
Contribute to various projects and initiatives throughout the year related to process documentation, FRC, testing, auditing, among others.

Support and coordination with Local Finance regarding the activities under its scope (Account analysis, Analytics, M&A).

Support and guide semi senior analysts by sharing experience, knowledge, systems usage, best practices
-
Be in constant and proactive communication with various clients and stakeholders, working closely with the different areas of the organization.

Understand the E2E process and the impact within the workflow, evaluate and propose improvements to the process.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Accountants (preferable) or bachelor’s in business administration
-
Min 5 to 7 years of experience in relevant domain.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment
-
High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
Technical Skills
-
Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office and accounting guidelines in particular IFRS
-
Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel and Macros are valued.
