WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Support our culturally diverse and dynamic team for 5-6 months as part of your mandatory internship in the field of personnel transfers. During your internship, you work in the Mobility Administration Services team and support in both day-to-day business and project work.
- From day one, you are actively involved in all phases of a transfer with a focus on administrative support.
- In this context, your role includes supporting the billing and invoicing process, among other tasks, while ensuring the proper execution of multiple processes.
- Additionally, you have the opportunity to contribute your ideas for process optimization and support implementation initiatives.
- You contribute to and support the development of knowledge management in the team.
- You have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and expand your network.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- enrolled student and ideally initial experience abroad
- affinity for IT programs and interest in digitalization
- proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- strong communication skills in German and English
- ability to work in a team and openness to new ideas
