Service Representative

TASKS
- Located directly in the plant of our customer Suzuki Esztergom and act as a direct contact & technical support in the plant.
- Production Quality Check and Reporting. (Film Builds, CF tracking, Color match)
- Material management (Forecasting based on Customer schedule notices, deliveries, container returns)
- System loading & monitoring – viscosity, material/solvent additions, level and pressure monitoring.
- Line support: communicate performance and recommendations to Customer, participate in production meetings.
- Monitor and report body and bumper color trends and recommendations.
- Launch and trial support: new model, new color programs, new technology.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Chemical-related major or experienced in the Paint industry or Automotive Industry
- Preferred technical or customer service experience in automotive paint (an advantage)
- Initiative, customer oriented, communicative abilities
- Needed English proficiency in both Speaking and Writing, the German language would be a plus
