WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Global Operations Services Team drives global projects forward in Supply Chain and Quality Excellence areas, facilitating collaboration between technical and business teams.

• You control and monitor the charging times as well as the loading at the associated companies and external charging points.
• Furthermore, you ensure the prompt communication of disruptions to the normal planning process or the execution of transport to the internal customer and agreement on changed economic and/or temporal transport conditions.
• In addition, you monitor and assess the quality of our service providers, transport reliability and response rates.
• You are responsible for checking any additional costs incurred, preparing the associated freight accounting bases and ensuring that these documents are properly archived.
• You create rental contracts in SAP, be responsible for the quality management and check ancillary rental costs.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• apprenticeship in logistics or comparable commercial or logistical training is preferred
• first professional experience in the field of tank and silo transport disposition as a transport manager is preferred
• extensive knowledge in the areas of supply chain operations, distribution and warehousing processes as well as in production and process flows
• experienced handling of MS Office products as well as ideal experience with SAP R/3 quality management and transport management
• experience in working with international teams
• fluent in German and good written and spoken English skills

WHAT WE OFFER

• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options
• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 40.000 - 46.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
