RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the HR Services Team Central & Eastern Europe, we are a diverse and inclusive team of experts and young professionals. Together, we are committed to deliver the highest quality of service to our BASF partners in Central Europe. Our team is growing! We are looking for a well-organized and customer oriented Working Student with Slovak (m/f/d) to support our team. In this role:

You maintain employee data into our HR systems and support on some tasks for recruiting and administration of trainings.

In close cooperation with our HR Specialists, you handle different HR tasks, such as HR Admin, Payroll and document management.

You perform data quality checks and support the team on different reporting topics.

Using Slovak and English language, you advise and inform BASF employees regarding HR topics, both by phone and via e-mail.

You use your language skills to translate and proofread many different types of documents related to our core tasks.

You contribute to our quality and knowledge management by documenting all processes and relevant legal regulations in accordance with our high-quality standards.

You participate in HR projects and digitalization initiatives in the Berlin Hub and with our local HR Partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are an enrolled student in business administration, social sciences, philology, human resources or a related field of studies.

You have a strong interest in Human Resources.

You are looking for a one-year contract (with opportunity for prolongation) starting as soon as possible in part-time to gain valuable experience next to your studies.

You have good MS Office skills and can learn quickly how to use new IT systems. Knowledge of Excel would be highly appreciated.

You are fluent in Slovak and English. The knowledge of Hungarian or another European language is a plus (e.g. Czech, Greek, Ukrainian).

You enjoy working together in an international team.

You have good analytical skills and an eye for details, are proactive, well-organized and customer oriented.

Your hourly wage is 12,75 € with an individually agreed weekly working time of 20,00 hours.
