Starting salary is $22/hour, with potential to increase to $34.76/hour in the first year based on bid position.
We are looking for a Operator Apprentice to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Palmyra, MO.

During your 12hr rotational shift, you will
Work hands-on in our Hannibal, MO site supporting the production of crop protection products by learning to:
- Be responsible for safety, quality, housekeeping, and proper care of equipment in the work area.
- Perform simple math calculations, interprets and carries out written instructions.
- Record data on log sheet; reads and interprets log sheet data.
- Adjust the process when appropriate.
- Coordinate process operations with supervisors, co-workers and technical personnel.
- Analyze and troubleshoot process problems utilizing available resources.
- Perform minor maintenance and follow maintenance work in the area.
- Maintain communication as related the process and equipment.
- Collect and evaluate samples and documents sample results.
- Monitor equipment in assigned area of responsibility for proper operation.
- Complete required training, including, but not limited to RCRA, PSM, DOT, Safety, etc.
- Support the Plant's safety and environmental goals.
Important: The apprentice program starts with a fixed shift and transitions to a rotating shift after completion of the apprenticeship.
If you...
- Have a HS Diploma or GED.
- Work in a plant environment and lift 50lbs.
- Are able to work 12hr fixed shifts (day OR night/weekends and holidays).

This position is part of the International Chemical Workers (ICW) Union and is covered under the collective bargaining agreement. All benefits are outlined in this agreement.
