We are looking for a Process Solution and TSC Manager to join our Automotive Refinish Coatings team in Whitehouse, OH.

As a Process Solution and TSC Manager, you will be responsible for management of the ECR Application NA / Process Solution for PC and CV/Truck & Bus for the development of products and design of customer process solutions, including paint related products and equipment evaluations. You will also manage the complaint process within North America and resolve customer complaints by engaging directly with key stakeholders in organization (e.g., field and sales teams, technical mgmt. etc) to gather detailed case information and to validate complaints by organizing internal tests. In addition, you will effectively manage the customer complaints (NCM) in SAP, providing expert technical advice across North America.

• Being accountable for Passenger Car Process Solutions and Commercial Vehicle Process Solutions
• Interfacing with stakeholders; Global Product Solutions, Business Development CV, Global SAM, Global Technology (Product development, EMEA & A/P Process Solution, Training Management & Color) for the development of bodyshop and commercial vehicle technical process solutions
• Contributing to commercial Selling Argumentation by creation of competitive benchmarking process data considering technical results, benefits, price/value ratios & local market drivers
• Managing the Complaint Management Process for product, painting system to provide prompt and timely customer dissatisfaction resolutions with BASF global and regional products in North America
• Managing of complaint documents from the field and TM organization, implement and carry out complaint validation tests for vetting & verification
• Providing accurate and concise technical information for all BASF products and painting systems, in accordance with Technology Management

If you...

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering or equivalent refinish market experience
• Have minimum 10 years automotive technical management
• Have profound understanding of bodyshop operative processes
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and experience
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and logical thinking
• Have the ability to manage through a matrix organization
• Demonstrate exceptional written and oral, presentation and communication abilities in English (other language skills a plus)
• Have expertise with Microsoft Office products 
• Have SAP & NCM Process experience
