Within the HR Services EMEA department, we are committed to deliver the highest quality of service to our BASF partners in Belgium. We are looking for a well-organized and customer-oriented Learning officer to join our Belgian team. In an open and positive working environment, we facilitate an extensive on-the-job training focused on our HR services and tools for you to become an all-round HR professional.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

• Act as point of contact and provide professional learning services to internal and external stakeholders such as trainers, conference hotels, caterer etc.
• As follow up to these training events, you will check attendance lists, calculate the costs and trainer`s fees and maintain the training history of the participants.
• You handle email and phone correspondence with employees and you are the first point of contact for our BASF clients.
• You maintain the training catalogue in our internal and external learning platforms.
• You contribute to our quality and knowledge management by documenting all processes and relevant legal regulations in accordance with our high-quality standards.
• You collaborate in internal projects and encourage the best practice sharing amongst our EMEA HR teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have first work experience in an HR field, preferably in Learning Administration.
• You have a good knowledge of the MS Office applications. Experience with IT systems, especially Learning Management Systems and Application Tracking Systems, is a plus.
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good level of English. German is considered a plus.
• You are a team player and work in a well-organized manner and communicate clearly and effectively. You also enjoy working in international environments.
• You are good at planning and organizing, friendly and service-oriented towards customers and local partners.
• You have a proactive and entrepreneurial personality and you enjoy contributing with your creativity and knowledge to the team's success bringing up new ideas and projects.
