RESPONSIBILITIES
In our team HR Services Italy, we provide Master Data, Learning, Reporting, Personnel Administration and Recruiting services to our group companies based in Italy:
- You will support our team with different HR tasks for Italian BASF companies, which are coordinated centrally from our Berlin Hub.
- You will coordinate and execute the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations.
- In addition, you will have the opportunity to take part in different projects to practically apply your theoretical knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You are a student looking for an internship opportunity as part of your studies.
- You are attentive to details, flexible, communicative, as well as accustomed to working both independently and as part of a team.
- You have knowledge of Italian (fluent) and speak English at an intermediate level. German is a plus.
- Experience and confidence in using MS-Office programmes would also help in this role.
