Laboratory and Mixing Unit Team Leader

LOCATION

Dilovası, Kocaeli

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure staff training on TSD regulations and verify that labeling and packaging processes comply with these standards.

• Track orders and create production schedules to streamline operations.

• Conduct and approve quality control tests in line with customer specifications to ensure product quality.

• Prepare and deliver technical documents and analysis certificates for products to customers.

• Record and report production and quality control data on a monthly basis for performance analysis.

• Manage the production unit and quality control laboratory operations effectively.

• Organize the sample archive room and color archive room, maintaining master panels and tracking archived materials.

• Monitor and publish monthly quality indicators and targets; ensure formulation information is kept up-to-date.

• Create and update a list of devices used in production, define responsibilities, and monitor calibration schedules.

• Assist in managing project studies related to the EC Lab and Mixing Unit, and oversee robotic application processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in preferably in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in laboratory

• Effective communication skills, including openness, clarity, organizational awareness, and empathy, to achieve desired results

• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety & Environmental management systems and environmental legislation

• Teamwork skills and the ability to demonstrate leadership

• Possession of analytical thinking skills and a results-oriented approach

• Fluent in English
