Objectives of the Position
· Establish strong relationship with target accounts
· Realize new projects & business to achieve sales and innovation sales target
· Continuous improve efficiency of existing business through business excellence activities
Main Tasks
· Customer management: develop account strategies, broaden customer contacts and deepen customer relationship to thoroughly understand customer needs. Provide solutions according to customer needs for further business expansion under minimum supervision. · Project development: initiate, develop and materialize new businesses through project development with supports from supervisors and respective colleagues, e.g. technical service · Sales management: implement defined business models and improve efficiency and effectiveness in daily activities · Business operation: manager operational issues such as sales forecast, inventory, distributor management, visit report, sales pipeline and NCM
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
· Education: bachelor degree · Working Experience: 5 years sales or marketing experience in personal care industry
·Technical & Professional Knowledge: Knowledge in chemistry, biology or marketing is preferred
· Communication skill: excellent communication capability with sufficient Japanese and English proficiency

顧客管理: アカウントごとの戦略を策定し、顧客との接点を広げ、顧客関係を深めて顧客のニーズを徹底的に理解する。顧客のニーズに応じたソリューションを提供する

ビジネスオペレーション: 売上予測、在庫、ディストリビューター管理、訪問報告、売上パイプライン、NCMなどの運営上の問題を管理する。
ポジションに求められる最低限の教育および資格:
- 学歴: 学士号
- 職務経験: パーソナルケア業界での5年の営業またはマーケティングの経験
- 技術的および専門的知識: 化学、生物学、またはマーケティングに関する知識が望ましい
- コミュニケーションスキル: 日本語と英語でのコミュニケーション能力
