We are looking for a Production Operator to join our Production Materials team in Toronto, ON.

As a Production Operator, you will be primarily responsible for producing resin blends in a batch process using formula sheets.

As a Production Operator, you create chemistry by...

• Ensuring blend tank readiness by performing necessary checks and maintenance.
• Picking and loading raw materials accurately and efficiently to meet production needs.
• Preparing packaging and filling off finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Receiving required raw materials from tanker trucks, ensuring proper documentation and inventory management.
• Loading finished materials into tanker trucks for distribution while adhering to safety protocols.
• Demonstrating the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of the operational duties.

If you have...

• High School Diploma with mechanical background.
• Previous warehouse or production experience.
• Valid forklift license for Raymond reach forklifts.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaborative, and interpersonal skills.
• WHMIS and TDG training, along with mechanical aptitude to assist with equipment operation and troubleshooting.
