  • comprehensive experience in identifying and implementing automation projects, with proven expertise in gate-to-gate manufacturing solutions encompassing design, implementation, and optimization in intralogistics, packaging, and robotics
  • proven ability to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and productivity gains as well as recognition for project achievements in previous roles
  • proficient in strategic thinking and execution, with in-depth knowledge of automation technologies along with strong project management skills focused on technology-driven process optimization
  • exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective leadership of interdisciplinary global teams and cross-functional collaboration, while demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to driving change and innovation
