RESPONSIBILITIES

Sanctions lists, embargoes, chemical weapons conventions - everyone is talking about these challenges in global trade. With us, you're right in the middle of it!

• You evaluate individual orders and ensure that all documents required by law and BASF internally are available for trade control.
• Moreover, you obtain the necessary end-use certificates and customer reviews for BASF's divisions.
• You carry out Trade Control license management in SAP GTS; we document all results and release orders after clarification.
• Furthermore, you support the divisions in assessing the reliability and credibility of business partners with questionnaires.
• You monitor the provision and quality of services.

QUALIFICATIONS

• degree in chemistry, natural sciences, foreign trade or customs
• experience in the field of regulation / compliance
• practical experience with import and export processes is desirable
• proficient in Office applications and SAP applications (R/3 or S4 HANA)
• excellent communication in English
