What you can expect

The lean coaches in our Process and Procedure Optimization unit drive the continuous improvement process at the entire site. With methodological expertise, a structured approach and social skills, they support all units in the optimization of their processes and procedures.

  • As part of a centralized optimization team, you will work closely with employees, teams and managers from a wide range of different organizations.
  • In this role, you will act as an advisor, trainer and coach with the goal of stabilizing and further developing the improvement process on a sustainable basis.
  • Furthermore, you will act as a moderator, holding workshops and applying your methodological expertise to support the identification, development and implementation of process improvements.
  • By working on a goal-oriented basis with process-specific key indicators, you reduce activities that do not add value and to achieve sustainable effectiveness.
  • You will work on your own responsibility and with a focus on success within interdisciplinary teams.

What we expect

  • You have a degree in a discipline in the fields of technology, engineering, natural sciences or business administration.
  • Leveraging your several years of experience in the process industry, you draw upon solid knowledge and skills in the use of lean methods and in professional project management.
  • While successfully planning and coordinating improvement projects, you implement these on a solution-oriented basis and are familiar with presentation, discussion moderation and creativity techniques.
  • In your dealings with customers, you are impressive for your highly developed social skills, and you are entrepreneurial in your thinking and actions and take personal responsibility for your decisions.
  • You enjoy actively contributing within your team and can spark enthusiasm in others for the subject of lean and for processes of change.
