What you can expect

Our Site Engineering team plans and performs project planning for plant and equipment changes for production and infrastructure at the site. In addition, Site Engineering supports the process of construction, assembly and installation work as well as commissioning.

  • You will act as an connection between digital plant engineering and the plants. With the owner of the 3D model, you will be responsible for the availability of the latest 3D model in the plant lifecycle.
  • Furthermore, you will provide support and prepare the model in line with standards in the case of investment projects and plant and equipment changes.
  • In the process, you will clear up old models, convert the model to the 3D model structure, create project extracts, new blank models and assign write authorizations.
  • During project planning, you will ensure that work within the 3D model is performed to the required level of data quality.
  • After the end of the project, you will review the planning result and adopt it into the status of the existing plant or system if it is positive.

What we expect

  • You have a degree in mechanical engineering or process engineering and years of professional experience in pipeline planning with Plant Design Management System (PDMS).
  • Furthermore, you are familiar with investment projects and plant or equipment changes at running chemical plants.
  • It is easy for you to identify the needs and requirements of customers and partners quickly and provide them with optimum advice thanks to your self-confident and authentic communication style.
  • In addition, you enjoy taking new approaches in order to develop creative solutions.
