WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Build and maintain strong Commercial and Technical Advisor relationships across allocated accounts, acting as the primary agronomic contact and ensuring all interactions are captured in CRM to support financial, customer, and inventory KPIs.
- Implement account activities and field/demo trials in alignment with CM, KAM, and Business Development plans, managing A&SP resources effectively and highlighting risks and opportunities to key account teams.
- Contribute to account planning by identifying co‑creation opportunities with distributors and tailoring your sales approach to support Crop Sector and Portfolio strategies with practical, sustainable agronomic solutions.
- Gather and share market and account insights through regular stakeholder engagement, feeding into marketing campaigns, market intelligence, and mid‑ to long‑term strategic planning via accurate CRM documentation.
- Stay up to date on agronomic trends, technical developments, competitor activity, and market conditions, collaborating closely with marketing, technical services, and Business Development teams.
- Deliver tailored technical information and adapted bulletins for key accounts, while ensuring timely resolution of customer issues within company guidelines and compliance requirements.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- BSc degree in Agronomy or a related field, plus a BASIS qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ industry sales experience with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and develop commercial customer relationships.
- Solid agronomic and technical expertise, capable of translating complex information into practical, customer‑focused solutions.
- Commercially minded with the ability to deliver technical messaging and campaign content aligned to strategic objectives.
- Skilled in gathering and sharing market intelligence, competitor insights and customer feedback to support marketing and campaign planning.

Location: Home-based (ideally located in main UK arable areas), with frequent national travel. A company car will be provided.
