As a Supply Chain Planner, you create chemistry by...
- Supplying the Savannah plant with key raw materials in the most efficient and cost-effective manner while ensuring continuity of operations.
- Providing short- and long-term raw material forecasts to support procurement strategy and supplier negotiations.
- Facilitating Management of Change (MOC) processes related to new suppliers, materials, and supply chain initiatives.
- Managing raw material supply and coordinating planning activities for selected toll manufacturing locations.
- Ordering packaging materials to support customer demand and ensure timely fulfillment of outbound orders.
- Monitoring supplier and carrier performance, identifying service issues, and initiating NCMs as needed to maintain high service levels.
- Supporting monthly close activities as a key member of the closing team.
If you...
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, and/or 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, or a high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant supply chain experience to effectively navigate the complexities of the site and role.
- Demonstrate a strong customer-focused mindset while supporting both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Bring the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Operations, Quality/Regulatory, Procurement, and the broader Supply Chain team to develop optimal production plans and ensure efficient raw material supply.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to evaluate KPI trends, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic supply chain and operational decision-making.
- Utilize technical expertise in SAP, Cobalt, and other business systems, along with advanced skills in data analysis, database management, and spreadsheet applications.
