We are seeking a quality professional to lead the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) team at our Toronto, Canada site. This role is responsible for fostering collaboration and communication across multiple sites and functions while ensuring the highest standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will lead a team of laboratory technicians responsible for testing polyurethane products that support product development, process optimization, technology innovation, and customer applications. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and supporting business growth.

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you create chemistry by...

If you have...

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of strong knowledge of quality management systems, laboratory operations, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience implementing, maintaining, and auditing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Basic knowledge and experience with MS Office and SAP.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control teams within a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Experience within the polyurethane, chemical, or related manufacturing industry preferred.

Pay Transparency

BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $80,000 CAD- $110,000 CAD. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
