You will play a key role in driving profitability, cost discipline, and value creation in a dynamic, global environment.

As a Business Unit Controller, you create chemistry by...

If you have...

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics required; MBA preferred. 
• 10+ years of experience in controlling, finance, or accounting, preferably in a chemical, manufacturing, or industrial environment. 
• Experience managing culturally diverse teams (Strongly Preferred). 
• Strong knowledge of management accounting, cost accounting, profitability analysis, and financial steering. 
• Experience working in a matrixed, international organization. 
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 
• High business acumen and strong stakeholder management capabilities. 
• A proactive, independent working style with a continuous improvement mindset.
• High affinity for digital tools, BI systems, and standardized finance processes.
