• Hands on: From Day 1, you apply systemic and management consulting expertise to make change successful.
• Provide clarity and direction: You specify change impacts and derive change roadmaps for organizational and cultural projects.
• See your impact: You support leadership and the organization in implementing effective change interventions. Based on our comprehensive end-to-end service delivery, you accompany a project from start to finish.

Our ideal candidate brings the following experiences and competencies to the team:

• degree in business and economics, psychology or social science
• first professional experience in change management, corporate consulting or strategic organizational development
• proficiency in conceptualizing, implementing and managing change activities
• excellent communication skills in English and German
• enthusiasm about contributing creatively within an international team
• strategic mindset and pragmatic approach with long-term orientation
• customer focus and entrepreneurial attitude
• ability to change perspective and see things from different points of view
• ability to offer unconventional recommendations
