RESPONSIBILITIES
As a consultant with us, you can impact the future of our company by providing effective recommendations and sustainable solutions for BASF's leadership team.
- Hands on: From Day 1, you apply systemic and management consulting expertise to make change successful.
- Provide clarity and direction: You specify change impacts and derive change roadmaps for organizational and cultural projects.
- See your impact: You support leadership and the organization in implementing effective change interventions. Based on our comprehensive end-to-end service delivery, you accompany a project from start to finish.
- Enhance your visibility: You get the opportunity to conceptualize change management measures and implement individual interventions, such as large group events and workshops with management teams.
- Grow: Within your projects, you get to know the multifaceted business fields of BASF and create a network on management level. We will help you enhance your skillset and support you individually in your personal development.
QUALIFICATIONS
Our ideal candidate brings the following experiences and competencies to the team:
- degree in business and economics, psychology or social science
- first professional experience in change management, corporate consulting or strategic organizational development
- proficiency in conceptualizing, implementing and managing change activities
- excellent communication skills in English and German
- enthusiasm about contributing creatively within an international team
- strategic mindset and pragmatic approach with long-term orientation
- customer focus and entrepreneurial attitude
- ability to change perspective and see things from different points of view
- ability to offer unconventional recommendations
