Order & Transport Management Manager

In the Dispersions & Resins division, we offer a comprehensive range of resins, additives, and polymer dispersions. These raw materials are used in formulations for coatings, construction chemicals, adhesives, printing and packaging products, electronics, and paper. We develop innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers and support them in further improving their formulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our unit G-EDJ/LLC CSO & OTM EMEA promotes customer satisfaction by overseeing everything from direct customer contact to transport management.

• As a team lead, your main objective is to ensure the execution of daily operations and alignment with the goals of the European supply chain organization and GBU strategy. You will report to the Head of Customer Service and Order & Transport Management EMEA
• To ensure service quality and further develop the order-to-delivery process from an end-to-end perspective, you will be the disciplinary manager of employees in Warsaw and manage employees outside of Warsaw operationally.
• You will actively drive internal and external (customer) optimization projects and be responsible for the conceptual and strategic continuous improvement of processes and service quality, with a particular focus on automation and digitalization.
• With your contribution, we achieve our goals! You will manage relevant KPIs with a focus on delivery services and be responsible for cost centers.
• You will demonstrate your leadership skills in conducting the employee performance management and supporting the development activities of employees.
• You will maintain close contact with global planners of the SBUs, customer service, product management, and other relevant interfaces such as Transport Management and Logistics Procurement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in economics, business administration or a related field, or several years of professional experience in supply chain operations
• Extensive knowledge of project management and experience in a leadership position or equivalent skills
• In-depth knowledge of change management as well as order and process management
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or Salesforce
• Have a strong digital affinity and experience with leveraging AI to improve supply chain processes
• Fluent German and English skills
• Team player with a practical problem-solving ability and the capacity to recognize and drive innovation
• Willingness to travel about one week per month
