Personal Care Sales Manager & Marketing - UK & Nordic/Baltics

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
This role focuses on the unique dynamics of the Personal Care industry to better address local market needs and strengthen collaboration with the Business Unit. In addition to owning Net Sales, Volume, and Margin, it plays a pivotal role in bridging market insights with strategic execution—translating local and regional dynamics into actionable marketing strategies that drive profitable growth, customer engagement, and brand positioning.
Business Development
- Lead the Personal Care team to grow existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and drive market share and profitability.
- Ensure strategic execution by tracking customer initiatives, maintaining market intelligence, and aligning with the BTC Country Head.
People, Culture, and Change Management
- Foster team spirit, promote BTC values, and support recruitment and development of a skilled, engaged team.
- Manage performance through target agreements and contribute to regional change initiatives.
Advocacy, License-to-Operate, and Organizational Development
- Represent BTC’s local sales within EMB and ensure compliance with commercial practices.
- Drive consistent execution of industry strategy and collaborate across regional BTC offices.
Local Marketing
- Act as the customer-facing expert for BTC Personal Care solutions and support promotional activities in local languages.
- Engage with key market players and support AMs in developing specialty-focused business within EMB.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Management experience in leading teams locally / regionally.
- Proven Skills in Steering teams via SalesForce.
- 3+ years experience in Personal Care ingredients, application and promotion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, plus capacity to create promotional material.
- Degree in Business or STEM subjects.
- Proficient English language skills orally and in writing.
- Expertise in sales and commercial processes.
- Leadership skills according to CORE values and strong social and intercultural competencies.
- Growth-powered mindset and evident team spirit.
