WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Main purpose:

Ensures product portfolio earns a premium on the cost of capital ​while meeting customer needs and overall business goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, analyze and report business performance, including regular forecasting and operational planning; initiate corrective actions to achieve targets ;
• Forecast product demand in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain and support production planning in critical situations. Manage shortages and allocations, coordinating with Sales and other regions ;
• Regularly review and optimize the product portfolio for profitability, lifecycle stage and complexity; support product launches and phase-outs ;
• Define and document pricing strategies and guidelines, monitor price execution and ensure global alignment of pricing approaches ;
• Propose and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve supply reliability in partnership with Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing and other stakeholders ;
• Support or lead strategic investment projects ;
• Assist Sales in preparing and negotiating major deals, develop and execute customer account plans, and identify/realize commercial opportunities ;
• Serve as global coordinator for cross-regional product group topics and lead virtual global product teams.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Proven experience in product management with strong financial acumen ;
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills ;
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions; familiarity with analytics tools ;
• Fluent English skills; French and German are a plus ;
• Education: degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field preferred.
