RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the functioning of the supply chain planning, in harmonization with the Operations Division.

 

You will : 

 

  • Lead and organize the S&OP and RMSM meetings for the Monthey product portfolio;
  • Be in charge of inventory management and warehousing;
  • Manage the physical transport and distribution of raw materials, intermediates and finished products on site and to the distribution center;
  • Maintain local databases related to planning, purchasing, manufacturing and warehousing;
  • Act as Supply Chain project manager for local site and extended project mandates;
  • Supervise TDS consulting tasks for internal and external reportings and supervise raw material procurement (scheduling, safety stock master data); 
  • Be responsible for logistical claims (packaging, documentation and labeling of raw materials);
  • Coordinate site ISO 9001 standards, documentation and integration with the operating division;
  • Participate to new supplier sourcing process with the laboratory, QA and QM;
  • Be the site's main contact for SAP projects related to MM, PP, SD and WM;
  • Train staff in best practices and effective use of SAP.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • With at least a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or equivalent, you have at least 5 years' experience in an operational role in industry (SCM, Planning, Logistics).
  • You are APICS CSCP or CPIM qualified.
  • You have advanced expertise with SAP/PP and MS Office
  • You speak fluent French and English, German would be an advantage. 
  • You've already managed large budgets.
