WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries and applications
- Grow existing accounts by introducing new solutions, products, and services
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales and growth strategies, including pricing within defined frameworks
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer developments on a monthly basis
- Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitor activities and customer feedback
- Lead and support the Sales & Operations Planning process, ensuring early alignment with Supply Chain
- Provide operational guidance and support to Customer Service Officers
- Evaluate and improve the distribution channel portfolio where needed
- Provide input into broader sales and market strategies
- Follow up on customer outstanding payments in collaboration with Credit Management
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial markets (e.g. textiles, construction, polymers, plastics, fertilizers, crop protection, rubber, etc.)
- Proven experience in business development and growing customer accounts
- Strong analytical mindset with a commercial and entrepreneurial approach
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively
