Operational Officer (Indirect Procurement Operations & Process Excellence) - Temporal (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Execute the purchase-to-pay process with day-to-day operational tasks (e.g. generate Purchase Orders, process Purchase Requisitions), collaborate with various stakeholders (requisitioners, buyers, vendors, …) and solve supply-related issues
• Coordinate order intake and complete master data maintenance including document collection (e.g. certificates)
• Train internal stakeholders to follow procurement guidelines and to use proper platform for request raising
• Support in the implementation of procurement strategies
• Coordinate non-conformity investigations with internal and external stakeholders

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar field.
• Proven working experience in Procurement, Sales or Supply Chain. Indirect Procurement experience is a plus.
• Skilled with ERP system. SAP purchase-to-pay module experience is a plus.
• Good English and Spanish skills in both writing and speaking. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset, able to independently resolve inquiries and collaborate effectively with colleagues globally.
• Open minded and passionate on taking challenging tasks.
