JOIN THE TEAM

As a member of our established team, you will be primarily responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow Operational Technology (OT) Management and ServiceNow Cloud Discovery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will design and implement solutions for these ServiceNow products, ensuring seamless integration within the complex BASF ServiceNow ecosystem. You will continuously seek the optimal balance between functional requirements and best practices, delivering robust and scalable solutions.

Your work will be split between project-based initiatives and ongoing operational support, providing variety and opportunities for growth.

Beyond your technical expertise, you are an effective communicator and demonstrate leadership, entrepreneurship, and strong stakeholder management skills. You collaborate well with both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and delivering successful outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Informatics or in a comparable field
• Deep knowledge in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM and OT Management
• Required certifications: 
  • ​​​​​​​ITSM Professional
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ServiceNow discovery
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
• Good knowledge of IT processes and related activities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
