The Business Process Analytics & Modelling Team enhances its broad product and consulting expertise by adding the cutting-edge process mining tool to its Portfolio. To support and accelerate the value creation with this new product, the team is searching for you as a Senior Specialist Smart Process Analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Senior Specialist Smart Process Analytics, you drive the fast transition from the established legacy platform into the new and advanced process mining environment.
• You promote the advanced capabilities to BASF businesses and regions as well as support teams with expertise or skill
• Development to turn smart analytics & design into tangible end-to-end process improvements.
• Moreover, you support the product roll out beyond current key areas like order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and transport management to the other eight core processes in BASF's operating model.
• Last but not least, you contribute actively to the strategic roadmap for process analytics and design.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree or diploma in business administration or information sciences and at least 4 years of business or business consulting experience
• Good project management skills and preferably experience in agile working 
• Operational experience in in- or outbound supply chain and/or operational process improvement
• Proven record to translate report and dashboard finding into business benefits as well as automation
• Good knowledge of respective SAP modules. Knowledge of other standard systems is welcome
• Hands on experience with the AI driven business process mining tool "Celonis" is welcome
• Strong communication in English, both spoken and written and business mindset, change awareness as well as team spirit
