RESPONSIBILITIES

• Extend our agile DevOps team in "Archiving and Document Management"
• Gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications (consulting)
• Development, customization and implementation of technical specifications
• Design and develop Archiving & Document Management Solutions based on OpenText Documentum and InfoArchive
• Data migration to Documentum or InfoArchive
• Support of quality assurance via unit testing and functional testing
• Support of user acceptance testing
• Leverage the use of standard functionalities to reduce nonstandard development
• Coaching to other DevOps team members by sharing technical expertise

OUR MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Engineering bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in working as Document Management and Archiving DevOps Engineer or similar role
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Documentum (Frontend D2 Classic/Smartview, REST-API, Lifecycles and Workflows) / InfoArchive (Application Setup, Retention-Policies) design, development, and configuration (backend and frontend)
• Data migration from other Document Management & Archiving platforms or data sources to OpenText Documentum and OpenText InfoArchive
• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps and Confluence
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills (business fluent / expert)
• Team player with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to foster a positive and energized culture
• Very good consulting skills
• A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn and improve
• Working in global / virtual teams / projects (multicultural team spread across the globe)

  • Content Collector for SAP/Files
  • Content Navigator
  • ADSTAR Distributed Storage Manager (ADSM/) Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM)/ Spectrum Protect
• Knowledge of Project Management
• Experiences in Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
