JOIN THE TEAM

We are currently seeking a talented Delivery Lead in our IT solutions delivery team at BASF's BASF's Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory. In this role, you will be responsible to delivery digital solutions by coordinating the backlog of the development team, assure compliance to our IT architecture, data and security standards and closely connect with the responsible product owner from the business side.

We appreciate individuals with a diverse skill set and a good knowledge in managing IT projects with different stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of providing technical expertise, consultation, and guidance to the Product Team
• Understand the technical requirements of deliverables and align them with the Solution Design/Architecture Diagram, collaborating with the Solution Architect as necessary
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including developed code, stored in Azure DevOps
• Support the Product Team with technical troubleshooting for the smooth implementation and maintenance of the solution, collaborating with the development team
• Collect feedback, address impediments, and advocate for process improvement, teamwork, and adherence to the Digital Factory's ways of working to drive continuous improvement
• Facilitate productive team meetings, fostering equal participation through open communication to promote collaboration and innovation
• Align new requirements with team capacity, priorities, and report team performance to stakeholders
• Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure successful implementation, offering training or coaching for enhanced collaboration
• Bonus point if you are able to teach and train on Agile, Scrum, Kanban at a level accessible for beginners with the ability to deep dive for advanced topics.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree, .g. Bachelor or degree in Computer Science
• Work experience within Digital teams and jobs
• Experience in internal or external Stakeholder Management
• Extensive experience in software development, architecture and solution design
• Leadership experience within agile organizations
• Applicate knowledge in analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Applicate knowledge in communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in documentation to maintain technical documentation and code
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Agile backlog management
• Process and workflow analysis and modeling
• Understand Solution Design/Architecture Diagrams and align technical requirements
• Adherence to IT & Data guidelines and standards
• Applicate knowledge in project management software (e.g., Azure DevOps)
• Specialist in process mapping tools and agile methodologies
• Applicate knowledge in systematic search for errors and consulting methods
• Advanced English
