We are seeking an Agentic AI Developer to join our Agentic Automation Team where you will design and implement advanced AI systems that go beyond traditional automation by enabling autonomous reasoning, planning, and action. Your work will focus on building multi-agent architectures, integrating LLMs, and orchestrating workflows that deliver measurable business value across diverse enterprise environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, development, and deployment of agentic AI services, from PoC to production
• Collaboration in the development and construction of the architecture, as well as in architecting and building agent flows, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent systems leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, AutoGen, etc."Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key opportunities for autonomous agent solutions across the organization
• Implement CI/CD, AgentOps pipelines for agent lifecycle management, monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement using LLMJudge concepts and AgentOps frameworks such as MLFlow 3.0, LangFuse, etc.

• Own the full lifecycle and operational excellence of deployed agentic AI systems
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of systems
• Inspire and mentor other engineers in the field of agent-based AI development
• Stay at the forefront of emerging agentic AI frameworks, LLM APIs, and orchestration trends 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed university degree (Bachelor) in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 3+ years in AI/ML systems design focusing on agent-based architectures
• Hands-on experience with LLM-backed products, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Understanding of NLP, LLMs and related technologies (RAG, prompt engineering), and multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of human-computer interaction and conversational UX.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Contributions to open-source agent frameworks or AI research.

   

• Hands-on experience developing customized generative AI solutions for business use cases, including expertise in concepts like finetuning and RAG and popular frameworks.

   

• Hands-on experience in software development, preferably for cloud-based applications, in an agile setup, such as Kanban or Scrum.

• Understanding of natural sciences and/or the chemical industry.
