In the Coatings Division, we are focused on the development, production and marketing of a variety of coating solutions - from applied surface technologies to automotive paints. Working in global teams, we promote innovation, design and new applications in order to meet our partners' needs. This portfolio is complemented by "Beyond Paint Solutions", which enables new applications with innovative surfaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our unit is developing and creating process solutions as well as their documentation for Automotive Refinish. For the EMEA region we are the technical channel to the market, deploying training in various forms and skill development to ensure the "One Voice Policy".

• As Regional Trainer for Commercial Vehicle EMEA, you are responsible for conducting technical training and ensuring the implementation of the One Voice Policy.
• In your role, you work closely with the regional CV managers in EMEA and train the responsible trainers (CV trainers and technicians) in the EMEA region.
• Furthermore, you monitor the capability development and initiate measures for further training.
• You support new developments through application technology validation of product and process solutions, benchmark studies as well as the introduction within the operations of pilot customers.
• In addition, you support the Truck & Bus business with technical on-site support for customers in EMEA.
• To ensure that you can share your knowledge with others, you continuously develop your own knowledge of markets, products and technologies as well as your communication, argumentation and negotiation skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• certified master painter with focus on commercial vehicles

• at least 5-10 years of professional experience in body shops for commercial vehicles or as an application technician for
  commercial vehicles

• proficient user of MS Office, digital solutions (Spectro; Refinity) and open for using as well as advocating new IT solutions

• strong communication skills in German and English as well as the willingness for regular business trips

• team player, strongly customer-oriented, open-minded and agile with the ability to share knowledge and experience
