WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The Global Digital Communications Performance Materials team advises the business units on all aspects of digital communication. With our extensive communications network and clear processes, we ensure a consistent market presence both online and offline. Your creativity is needed!

  • You will support us in the planning, design, and execution of a wide range of communication activities.
  • The main focus of your work will be project management for global and regional Performance Materials websites, as well as supporting the development and maintenance of these websites. 
  • You'll be right in the middle of things! You will work closely with communication teams from Europe, Asia, North America, various IT teams, and external service providers.
  • And last but not least, you will support us in creating digital campaigns (content & design), such as LinkedIn ads. 

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • ongoing studies in economics, humanities, media studies or journalism 
  • knowledge of marketing communications (especially online communication) and web topics 
  • initial experience in database and content management, as well as experience editing digital images 
  • confident use of common MS Office applications and Canva 
  • strong communication skills in English and good German skills, as well as a high level of quality awareness, creativity, and a conscientious working style  
  • Members from states outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland are requested to send their residence/work permit, including the relevant supplementary sheet as well as the completed questionnaire

  • Compensation - compensation is based on the collective agreement for the chemical industry. Based on a 20-hour working week, the monthly gross wage is currently €1,784
  • Flexible working hours - depending on the department, temporary full-time employment during the lecture-free period (semester break) is possible by arrangement
