Working Student Corporate Compliance (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
For our Corporate Compliance Team at BASF Group, we are looking for motivated support for up to 20 hours per week.
As a Working Student, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting team members in the implementation, monitoring, and further development of BASF’s Compliance Management System.
Support of Global Compliance Program
• Assist in implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of compliance processes, documentation, and system updates.
• Support compliance risk identification and preparation of materials for risk dialogs with global units.
• Contribute to drafting and review of compliance policies and procedures.
• Support preparation of internal guidance and responses to compliance inquiries.
Controls, Monitoring & Case-Support
• Contribute to internal compliance controls and monitoring activities.
• Support compliance effectiveness monitoring.
• Assist in compliance case management, including document review and preparation of summaries.
Compliance Awareness & Community Engagement
• Support development of compliance training materials and awareness content.
• Support organization of global meetings and workshops.
WHAT YOU OFFER
• Ongoing studies in law, business administration, economics, risk management, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and interest in compliance topics
• Effective communication skills in both German and English
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and show attention to detail
• Integrity mindset and willingness to learn
WHAT WE OFFER

- Compensation - compensation is based on the collective agreement for the chemical industry. Based on a 20-hour working week, the monthly gross wage is currently €1,784.
- Flexible working hours - depending on the department, temporary full-time employment during the lecture-free period (semester break) is possible by arrangement.
