In our Dispersions & Resins division we offer a broad portfolio of resins, additives and polymer dispersions. These raw materials are used in formulations in the coatings, construction, adhesives, printing and packaging, electronics and paper industries, among others. We develop innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers and help them advance their formulations.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a working student in the Communications Resins team, you will support our internal and external communication activities and contribute to the consistent positioning of our business and products. In the Dispersions & Resins cluster, we support the industrial sectors Paints & Coatings as well as Printing & Packaging.
- Together with your experienced colleagues you renew and maintain the Resins homepage in the content management system Magnolia.
- You support the management of the global Resins LinkedIn channel, prepare posts and content, coordinate uploads via Ambassify, and publish posts directly on LinkedIn.
- You analyze basic social‑media performance indicators and prepare reports to support transparent communication activities.
- In addition, you assist with the technical implementation of the international customer newsletter in Salesforce and take on tasks in communication projects and campaigns – from content preparation to coordination and follow‑up.
- To round up your profile, you support the preparation of customer events and trade fairs as well as the creation and alignment of communication materials such as presentations, internal updates, newsletter contributions or campaign content.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- currently enrolled in Master's programme in communication, media studies, social media, business administration with a communication focus or a comparable field
- first practical experience with CMS systems and social media platforms such as Magnolia, LinkedIn or Salesforce
- solid knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams, and strong interest in corporate communications and digital content
- very good English skills, both written and spoken
- structured, reliable and independent working style combined with strong team spirit

- Remuneration – Remuneration is in accordance with the collective agreement for the chemical industry. With a weekly working time of 20 hours, the current gross monthly salary is €1,784.
- Flexible working hours – depending on the assignment unit, temporary full-time employment during the lecture-free period (semester break) is possible by arrangement.
- Members from states outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland are requested to send their residence/work permit, including the relevant supplementary sheet as well as the completed questionnaire.
