Internship Management Consulting - Marketing & Sales Academy (m/f/d)

We are the global Marketing & Sales Academy of BASF. Being part of the Management Consulting department, we develop customized training programs and digital learning offers for Marketing and Sales employees globally. Our portfolio covers topics such as marketing strategy, innovation, pricing as well as sales and negotiation techniques. We have a strong team spirit and practice agile working.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Starting December 2024, you have the opportunity to actively support us for a period of 3 - 6 months in the further development of our portfolio, the implementation of demanding training projects and the organization of our operational training business. As a member of the team, you independently take on challenging tasks based on clear briefings, such as:

• Researching and designing new training content on important topics such as sustainability or digitalization and creating corresponding training materials.
• Developing industry-specific case studies for marketing and sales training sessions.
• Establishing concepts and storyboards for AI-supported e-learning and instructional videos as well as curating externally available online courses for our internal target groups.
• Creating content and implementing campaigns for internal communication of our learning offerings.
• Providing analyses and forecasts on the performance of the Marketing & Sales Academy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• advanced studies in the field of business administration, business psychology or a comparable course of study
• theoretical knowledge and practical experience in marketing and/or sales
• ideally, some experience in the development and implementation of training programs and/or the design of digital learning offerings
• good knowledge of IT standard applications, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI, ideally with some experience in AI applications
• very good communication skills in English
• initiative, creativity, result orientation and perseverance
• excellent communication and presentation skills
