RESPONSIBILITIES

Within our unit Global Supply Chain of BASF's Agricultural Solutions segment, you support the communication & understanding of ongoing projects and initiatives by creating short & effective content videos. Come and be a part of our team!

  • In your new role, you develop and create short and effective videos that explain the ongoing projects in the supply chain, simplifying complex concepts and processes for better understanding of the wider audience in the organization.
  • To gather information and create clear and concise scripts, storyboards and visual narratives for the videos, you collaborate with subject matter experts and project stakeholders.
  • Utilizing the provided platform “Simpleshow”, you create videos, add graphics and animations as well as enhance the visual quality of the videos. 
  • Last but not least, you optimize and distribute the videos through appropriate platforms for easy accessibility and consumption by the target audience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • enrolled student in Business, Informatics, Computer Engineering or related Engineering field
  • interest in Supply Chain and Operations Management, ideally with first relevant practical experiences 
  • basic knowledge of video editing software and tools as well as content creation, familiarity with different video formats, file compression techniques and optimization for various platforms is a plus
  • project management and excellent organizational skills in order to manage the entire video creation process, meet deadlines and coordinate with other team members
  • strong written and verbal communication skills in English allowing to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, effectively convey information in a concise and engaging manner and break down complex concepts into easily understandable content
  • ability to creatively present information using visual aids, storytelling techniques or interactive elements to keep the audience engaged
