BASF Coatings Services is a leading Nordic sales organization with around 80 dedicated employees and headquarters in Copenhagen. We are currently looking for a Student Worker to strengthen our team. Operating in the B2B market, we specialize in the sale of automotive paint (Glasurit and R-M) and related accessories to auto body paint shops across Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Join our Nordic Marketing team and contribute to shaping the success of BASF Coatings A/S in the region. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented colleague who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and supporting product management processes.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As part of the Nordic Marketing team, you will assist with a wide range of tasks, primarily supporting our product management. Your main responsibilities include:

• Portfolio maintenance: Creating and activating products in SAP and PIM systems, ensuring consistency and alignment with central business rules.
• Master data quality: Identifying and correcting data inconsistencies.
• Ad-hoc support: Assisting colleagues with product-related requests.
• Additionally, you may support the development of promotional materials (flyers, brochures) and help maintain our four Nordic websites.

WHAT YOU OFFER

We are looking for a new positive and proactive colleague who has the following competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, lookups, pivot tables).
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus.
• Interest in marketing and product management processes.
• Enrolled as a student in a university with a minimum of one year left before graduating.
