WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

During your internship opportunity with a duration of 3-6 months, you will become acquainted with several tasks within our unit, giving you the chance to apply your theoretical knowledge in the daily business and gain hands-on experience. BASF xarvio Digital Farming is one of the world's leading groups in delivering digital agricultural solutions.

• In your new role, you are responsible for measurements in agricultural fields including the accurate collection of agricultural data.
• Furthermore, you review literature on crop growth in different markets and environmental conditions.
• Collecting, collating and analyzing customer feedback is also part of your tasks.
• You bring in your ideas on combining different data that explain crop growth.
• Last but not least, you support the team in developing and improving data-driven agricultural solutions.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• enrolled student in agricultural sciences or similar subjects
• experience in agricultural testing, research techniques and ideally in the use of analysis tools
• expertise in plant cultivation and soil science
• work experience as well as international experience is an advantage
• strong communication skills in German and English and driving license class B
