Customer Service Specialist (Temporary)

Would you like to work with us for 6 months for our Customer Service Specialist(Temporary) position?
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in logistics, supply chain or other comparable area and ideally first relevant experience
- Ability to work with MS Office packages; knowledge of SAP S/4 is a plus
- Strong customer orientation and responsible attitude
- Fluent Turkish and English language skills both written and spoken
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order entry (orders received via Refinity – follow up on errors if occur)
- Transmit ordered materials in PR à create PO towards Münster
- Book goods receipt, once goods arrive in TR
- Align with GB and customs that customs is done
- Deliver sales order in company, book goods issue to distributor
- Contact partner for distributor
- Sales order related tasks (NC, returns, follow up back orders, price list loading etc.)
