QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or similar fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in various Industrial Formulators Markets (textile, construction, emulsion polymerization, plastics, fertilizers, crop protection and rubber etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Mobility for business travels within Turkey
- Skilled in business development and teamwork, with a strong analytical mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with various team members and departments
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Business Development: Look for new segments and applications for different industries, develop business with new customers
- Grow business in existing accounts by introducing additional solutions and services, developing new applications
- Develop, implement and monitor agreed sales & growth strategies, pricing within defined bands, customer attractiveness, monthly reporting of sales and market conditions.
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients
- Ensure that the agreed target KPI`s (volumes, cCM1, DSO) will be achieved.
- Identifying and improving the Distribution Chanel Portfolio, if needed
- Provide input for sales strategies
- Follow up on customers’ overdues with Customer Credit Management
