The Performance Materials division is at the forefront of the much-needed sustainability transformation in plastics. In the Senior Specialist TPU Sales position, you will be leading customer discussions about material requirements and technical properties and TPU processing. Identifying and organizing collaborative projects with the customers. To ensure a seamless customer experience, you will be responsible for collaborating and maintaining effective communication with key internal stakeholders including Marketing, Development, and Supply Chain. You will be a part of an experienced international team and will report to the European Sales Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical Sales of TPU, managing a defined customer portfolio of Local and Key Accounts in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland,
  • Coordination of customer related contracts, e.g. sales contracts, non-disclosure agreements, quality and supply agreements      
  • Commercial responsibility includes distribution of TPU in the Nordics
  • Business development for TPU related to new applications and customers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a technical education in the area of plastics with extensive knowledge into raw materials and processing technologies of thermoplastics.
  • You have several years of sales experience in B2B, preferably from the plastics industry in the Nordic countries.
  • You are self-motivated and customer focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are comfortable with IT tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Teams and experience with SalesForce is an asset.
  • You speak and write one of the Scandinavian languages (native) and English fluently. German is a plus.
  • You like to travel and visit customers. In this role, you will have regular travel primarily within the Nordic countries and Germany

Location

Home office based in Sweden or Denmark (remote), or from our offices in Gothenburg or Copenhagen.
