WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In the Quality Management & Regulatory Services unit, you will ensure management system documentation and be responsible for the documentation and registration of new products. This is a temporary position for 18 months as part of parental leave cover.

• As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for regulatory and quality assurance issues in the food, feed, and/or pharmaceutical industry in the Quality Management & Regulatory department.
• In this context, you will answer customer inquiries about quality documentation, provide regulatory support for pharmaceutical registrations, and process quality questionnaires and statements.
• Furthermore, you will lead the change management process at BTC and be responsible for changes to product specifications or process/production optimizations.
• This includes passing on the relevant information within the organization and to customers, as well as creating and updating the relevant documentation.
• You will accompany customer audits at the site, carry out internal audits, and assist with the qualification of suppliers.
• In addition, your tasks will include the support, monitoring, and internal training of topics such as GDP/GMP, HACCP, or the ISO 9000 family.
• Last but not least, you will be responsible for approvals and process creation in the GMP environment.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• degree in business, economics, supply chain or a comparable experience in a customer service role
• proficient English language skills in speaking and writing; additional language skills relevant to the customer base are beneficial
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
• very good knowledge of SAP, confident PC usage and proficiency in MS Office programs
• strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and structured working approach
• very good organizational and time management skills, especially under pressure
