Within the HR Services EMEA department, we are committed to deliver the highest quality of service to our BASF partners in Belgium. We are looking for a well-organized and customer-oriented Inquiry officer to join our Belgian team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In our team HR Services Belgium, we provide Master Data, Learning, Reporting, Personnel Administration and Time Management services to our group companies based in Belgium:

• You will support our team with different HR tasks for Belgian BASF companies, which are coordinated centrally from our Berlin Hub.
• You will coordinate and execute the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations.
• In addition, you will have the opportunity to take part in different projects to practically apply your theoretical knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are a student looking for a working student opportunity as part of your studies.
• You are attentive to details, flexible, communicative, as well as accustomed to working both independently and as part of a team.
• You have knowledge of Dutch (fluent) and speak English at an intermediate level. German is a plus.
• Experience and confidence in using MS-Office programs would also help in this role.
