RESPONSIBILITIES

In our Compensation & Benefits team, we are looking for a working student to support us in our differentiated services and processes for Agricultural Product division and implementation of Next Generation Business Architecture in BASF compensation framework. 

• As a working student you are part of our project management group who is responsible for concept design and implementation of data management in compensation processes.
• Moreover, you support us with the implementation of our SuccessFactors Compensation Planner Module and the integration with SAP.
• You support the team with preparing and analysing the transition from SAP to cloud solution SuccessFactors Employee Central for compensation processes.
• Lastly, you work on the design and implement compensation data quality measure with Reporting & Analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS

• enrolled student in the field of computer science or engineering 
• working experience with external SaaS providers (SAP and/or Success Factors experience is an asset)
• ideally project experience and the ability to prioritize improvements according to business needs in a target group-oriented manner 
• basic knowledge and experience on compensation processes
• excellent presentation and communication skills in English
