WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a Teamspecialist, you are responsible for the daily operations of the Global Pricing & Precious Metal team from day one. You ensure the provision of operational services while making optimal use of resources.

• You take the lead in coaching and training international teams on pricing, precious metal procedures, and business processes, fostering a “zero-error” culture.
• You drive global projects and process improvements including business model changes and system adaptations.
• Your responsibilities include overseeing all activities relating to pricing and precious metals, as well as ensuring compliance with BASF standards and system interfaces.
• Acting as the primary escalation point, you manage cross-functional topics with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Controlling.
• You align regional strategies with global objectives and integrate processes seamlessly across Customer Care, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales and Controlling.
• Finally, you ensure compliance with global requirements, lead internal and external audits, and support regulatory processes.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering & management, finance, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in related fields (pricing, process management, or precious metals preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in team leadership and project management
• advanced knowledge of SAP modules, Salesforce, and related processes and systems
• strong proficiency in Office 365 tools and familiarity with AI applications
• excellent project management and process improvement skills (LEAN methodology preferred)
• entrepreneurial thinking, networking ability, and adaptability in workload allocation
• strong analytic, networking, and communication skills in English, further language skills are a plus

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary: 58.000 - 62.000€, depending on your qualification and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
