RESPONSIBILITIES

As a team specialist in our unit Accounts Receivable you will be responsible for the subject-specific leadership as well as the support in daily business in our Intercompany team with a great and motivated international crew.

• You ensure operational provision of services for BASF SE and take care of the optimum utilization of resources.
• You support the disciplinary manager in the long-term planning of resources and participate in employee management, evaluation and development.
• As a capable subject-specific expert, you further develop the services from a qualitative and quantitative point of view and advise the team, the manager and all stakeholders and partners on all service-related topics.
• Furthermore, you also take appropriate measures to ensure that the necessary knowledge for the provision of services is available to the team at any time.
• In this context, you also maintain close relations with our partners, dealing with their concerns and requests, and develop solutions.
• You support digital initiatives, drive global processes harmonization and standardization.
• In addition, you handle multiple optimization and service transition projects at once, dealing with ambiguity, tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification
• relevant professional experience and corresponding in-depth knowledge in Accounts Receivable as well as overall process understanding
• excellent user skills in SAP R/3, especially FI Modul as well as understanding for process automation
• strong communication skills in English or German
• customer focus as well as openness to change
• care about team spirit and live feedback culture

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 55.000 - 59.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
