WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

At our AgroStart team you oversee and track digital solutions, manage project development, identify stakeholders, and coordinate with regional managers to ensure cross-regional adaptation. 

• You lead project management activities, including defining project deliverables, allocating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of digital solutions. 
• Moreover, you proactively develop ideas for the internal development and utilization of platform experiences and digital solutions to minimize risks and maximize the use of IT ecosystems. 
• You maintain a global database of ongoing AgroStart projects and activities to ensure transparency and promote synergies. You identify and create stories based on positive results to share within and outside BASF. 
• Additionally, you track relevant market trends and proactively assess trends in technology and community development, as well as emerging new developments and corporate-startup collaboration trends. 
• You will take smart risks and promote new ideas by identifying opportunities for innovation, encouraging creative thinking, and supporting the implementation of novel solutions. 

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Master´s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or a comparable education  

• proven experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within set timelines 

• capable of analyzing and conceptualizing digital-native business models involving a complex group of stakeholders and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, advanced robotics, blockchain) 

• knowledge of start-ups, accelerator ecosystems and venture investment is a major plus, as is passion for working on the topics of agriculture and/or sustainability   

• excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must 

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 56.000 - 61.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the success of the company and individual performance.
