WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

At our IT and Digital Transformation team you oversee the management of the AP Demand Application and its associated dashboard.

• You facilitate regular update calls with Hub Managers, Line Managers, and Recruiting Teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across global hubs.
• Moreover, you provide consistent status reports to stakeholders, maintaining transparency about project progress and highlighting key metrics.
• You support and update the framework for initiatives, including necessary KPIs, processes, and governance structures, while clarifying stakeholder roles and responsibilities.
• Additionally, you organize and maintain the intranet site to ensure relevant and accessible content that reflects the organization's latest developments.
• You lead the transition from an Excel dashboard to a Power BI solution, conducting regular demand review sessions and managing change initiatives to ensure smooth implementation.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Bachelor´s degree in administration or a comparable education 
• first professional experience in Project and Process Management
• extended knowledge in internal or external stakeholder management
• strong organization and controlling skills as well as high customer orientation 
• very good communication skills in English

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 56.000 - 61.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the success of the company and individual performance.
